Hoeing machine

ECONET is used for hoeing crops in rows from 0.20 m.
The various types of elements related to crops to be hoed can be easily transformed and used in various combinations. A wide choice of equipment can be adapted for this. The various types of beam make it possible to compose many assemblies
depending on the seed drill used.
A range of equipment such as localised spraying, sowing, fertilisation and guidance make it possible to increase the versatility of ECONET.

The Beam

- In comparison with the double beam model, reduction in weight and in chassis frame overhang of 0.33 m facilitating coupling to the front of the tractor

The Elements

- For hoeing crops in rows of between 0.45 m and 0.80 m, on maize, sunflowers, beet, soya, horse beans, etc.
- Option of a 5-tine wide element (L) or a 3-tine narrow (E) element that can be changed instantly.
- 32 x 10 tines with 150 mm triangular ploughshares, suitable for the majority of crops.
- Wide selection of tines and ploughshares available to adapt to specific conditions.
- Retractable plant protectors, with Ø 500 notched disc or long with a parallelogram to protect the plant from soil projections.
- Flat tine holder in steel, S355 - 50 x 15 mm.
- May be fitted with a lifting cylinder hydraulically controlled from the tractor cab (incompatible with the PULVELOC option)

ORGANIC element

- For hoeing crops in rows of between 0.45 m and 0.80 m, particularly suitable for the requirements of organic crops for the beet farmer and market gardener.
- Beet blades mounted on 32 x12 flexible tines with a rigid assembly with depth adjustment, making it possible to pass very close to the row without the risk of damaging the crop roots.
- Flat 200 mm triangular ploughshares mounted on 32 x 12 flexible tines with a rigid assembly with depth adjustment to cut the roots of weeds.
- Assembly limiting soil projections, avoids the use of plant protectors.
- Option of a 5-tine wide element (L) or a 3-tine narrow (E) element that can be changed instantly.
- Flat tine holder in steel, S355 - 50 x 20 mm.
- May be fitted with a lifting cylinder hydraulically controlled from the tractor cab (incompatible with the PULVELOC option)

Element-court

Short Element

- Adapted for the requirements of cereal crops in rows of between 0.20 m and 0.30 m.
- Reduces the weight and frame overhang of the machine when there is a large number of elements.
- Flat 200 mm triangular ploughshares mounted on a 32 x 12 flexible tine with rigid assembly with depth adjustment.
- Option of mounting up to 3 tines per element with a wide selection of tines and ploughshares to adapt to specific conditions.

Rotadisc element

- Used for all crops in rows from 0.60m to 0.80 m, sunflowers, horse beans, maize, vegetables, nurseries, etc.
- 4 Ø 370 discs with 10 tines spaced at 135 mm which pulverise the soil crust and bare the roots of the young weeds.
- Directional adjustment by a screw handle with accurate markers, to change the aggression of the discs and increase the earthing up or unearthing phenomenon.
- Adjustment of the disc spacing by a screw handle to adapt to the inter-row width and get closer to the crop.
- Option of using flat 200 mm triangular ploughshares mounted on 32 x12 flexible tines with rigid assembly with depth adjustment to cut the roots of the weeds.

 XL

- Particularly suitable for hard soils and for high plants: artichokes, cabbages, lavender, nurseries.
- 45 x 12 tines with reversible ploughshares which increase the passage under
the beam by 0.14 m and encourage the work of deep aeration.
- Flat tine holder in steel, S355, 50 x 20 mm.

 

 

 

SEMLOC Equipment

- Crop planting by broadcast sowing (surface) simultaneously with
hoeing thus limiting the number of passages.
- 200 litre hopper with grooved distributor driven by DPA wheel
allowing an application rate of 8 to 100 kg/ha.
- Blower driven by 2 electric motors
- Set of comb harrows included.
- Option of access ramps.

SEMLOC---125

 

IZIFLO equipment

- Equipment intended to the spraying of health products located on the row and liquid fertilizing for spacings between rows from 0m45 to 0m80.
- Put in the tractor front or rear lift or directly on the chassis of compatible hoes.
- 600 Liter or 800 Liter tank which integrates on series: a rotative nozzle intended to the rinsing of the walls, one 80 Liter clear water tank for the rinsing, one 15 Liter wash-stand tank, one level filling gauge and one manometer Ø64 mm for the pressure control
- Pistons-membrane pump with adjustment that is to say constant pressure or DPAE (the pressure is adjusted depending on the forward speed)
- The control box displays: the instant powdered product quantity in L/ha and L/min, the speed, the surfaces worked, the partial volume, the total powdered volume as well as the remaining product volume in the tank.
- The spraying of health products on the culture row is provided by 1 or 2 nozzles (1 et 2)
- Liquid fertilisation can be done in surface with a flow drubble nozzle in the middle of the inter-row (3) or it can be buried on each side of the row  by means of 2 straight tines (4)

IZIFLO

NETLINE Equipment

- This system makes it possible to work on the row by destroying young weeds without affecting crops using Ø 240 or Ø 360 solid stars.
- Suitable for all ECONET models on the rear of the hoeing element.
- NETLINE can work in the rigid or floating position and be retracted instantaneously.
- Possible to mount NETLINE directly onto the beam. In this case please
contact us to check the compatibility of the assembly depending on the configuration of the hoe.
