INRO

INRO prepares the soil ahead of planting (maize, sunflowers, oil seed rape, soya, sugar beet...)
with row spacings from 0.45 m at 0.8 m.
The settings of each element are linked to the crop that is to be planted, and are easily adjustable and can be altered separately.
A wide selection of equipment can be adapted to it.
The different beams enable a wide range of variations to be made up in order to suit the drill being used.
A broad range of equipment, such as localised fertilisation( either solid or liquid) increases the potential uses for the INRO

THE ELEMENT

The STRIP TILL element can be configured to suit the conditions in which it is due to work.

The parallelogram mounting system with double depth wheels
enables the implement to follow ground contours precisely whilst
maintaining a constant working depth.
The INRO element is made up of 5 key parts:

A : A spring protected opening disc opens up a path ahead of the tine whilst cutting any vegetation at the same time

B : The debris clearing discs leave the sowing line clear of organic residue in order to reduce the pathogenic risk of having seed/debris contact

C : The tine, equipped with hydraulic non-stop protection (with up to 500 kg of pressure at the point) loosens the soil, with a working depth of 50 mm to 300 mm, in order to encourage root growth. Liquid or solid fertiliser can be applied precisely by the adjustable fertiliser placement equipment. The share point is interchangeable.

D : The deflector discs produce fine soil and guide it's flow, and in doing so improve air circulation and warming of the sowing band.

E :   The packer roller crumbles and presses the future drill line, and in doing so eliminates cavities

SEMLOC Equipment

 - Culture implementation sowing in line
- Pneumatic distribution with electric  blowing
- Centralized flow made by DPA wheel or radar
- Volumetric dispenser from 1,5 to 100 kg/ha
- Capacity of 200 L
- Seeding line composed of :
 - Notched, Ø 415 mm monodisc, with only a 4° angle : ideal compromise between penetrating power, capacity to clear the furrow of straw and conserve motricity even through damp conditions.
-  Streamlined coulter, positioned off-centre towards the rear and reinforced with carbide tungsten : excellent work through plant trash, least amount of seedbed disturbed and incredible resistance to wear.
-  Air vent to slow the seed on its way down and ensure placement without rebounds in the furrow, especially at high forward speeds ; also in case the coulter gets blocked, the air vent gives the seed a way out.
- Full consolidation wheels that are 50 mm wide and with multiple setting positions (including a raised position for damp conditions) : immediate and excellent soil/seed contact.
- Up to 80 kg individual pressure through centralised adjustment on parallelograms : the drilling elements work perfectly on a plain to ensure controlled seed depth placement, even without the rear press wheels.

INROO

IZIFLO equipment

- LIQUID FERTILISER APPLICATION

- Liquid fertiliser application equipment for row spacings of 0.45 m to 0.8 m.
- Mounted on the front or rear tractor 3 point linkage or directly onto the INRO frame
- 600 L or 800 L tank, that includes a series rotating tank rinsing nozzles, an 80 L capacity clean water tank, a 15 L hand washing container, a tank level gauge and a 64 mm pressure gauge for pressure control.
- Pressure control is offered in two forms, either with constant pressure by the operator sets the pressure manually depending on the volume/hectare required, and it will not vary even if the tractor engine speed alters, or with an electronic rate governor (with an in cab control box) that maintains the required application rate automatically regardless of the forward speed
- The control box shows the amount of product applied continuously in litres/hectare and in litres/minute, forward speed, area covered, the partial volume and total applied, and the amount of product left in the tank.
- There is a tank access platform, with an integral toolbox and soap container for hand washing.
- Wing mirrors are included for models that are front linkage mounted
- Road lighting kit is an option
- Liquid fertiliser application takes place with the debt adjustable application leg in the centre of the row

INJECTION
