CARRÉ, a family company Since 1938 we have endeavoured to design, build and market equipment intended for soil preparation, drilling, fertilisation and a complete range of crop management.

Over the years, CARRÉ has equipped itself with modern, high-performance industrial facilities to meet the challenges of productivity, competitiveness, flexibility and Quality.

CARRÉ uses a painting process that improves the appearance of the machine, increasing its lifespan and value over time.

Cataphoresis treatment is a painting technique that involves immersing the part in 11 successive baths comprising washing, conversion and anticorrosion paint.

With cataphoresis, the paint is applied to the steel by electrolysis. In this way, the entire surface of the part is covered and treated against corrosion, including hollow and hidden parts, as well as sharp edges (unlike electrostatic spray painting). The thin, even coat (approx. 20 microns) provides excellent corrosion resistance and a good bonding layer for the topcoat.

Our strengths

The safety

Hitch pins, main adjustment pins and pins are attached to the machine by chain. No risk of loss.

All our machines have a hydrau-mechanical locking system (transport and work), with anti-drop valve and mechanical locking.

The efficiency

In collaboration with our “pilot customers”, we design our machines to be ever more efficient, optimizing work quality, output and costs.

The use of the latest technologies such as GPS control, combined with the ISOBUS communication protocol, ensures optimum efficiency of our products.

Comfort

The race for comfort also applies to agriculture. We are constantly looking for ways to make our machines easier to use: adjustments, locking, folding.
Maintenance requirements are always kept to a minimum. The use of self-lubricating polyamide bushes, greased-for-life bearings, etc. simplifies maintenance.

Our production site is organized according to the ISO 14001: 2015 environmental standard.
As part of this process, a number of actions are carried out on a daily basis, such as waste sorting, rainwater recovery, controlling our atmospheric emissions and studying the environmental impact of our machines. If you’re concerned about the environment, so are we!
