ANATIS assists farmers by fully autonomously performing mechanical weeding tasks.

Thanks to its rear 3-point hitch linkage, the flexibility of this co-bot means that it can perform a variety of jobs using various tools.

The brand’s experience in mechanical weeding ensures that the machine is truly effective when performing this work. Further, our brand’s inter-row hoes and comb harrows have been adapted to optimise this work.

ANATIS is a connected agricultural co-bot that does not replace a farmer in their daily
work, but rather allows them to concentrate on activities that add the most value.

A dual Trimble GPS antenna for improved signal reception for ensu-ring a constant heading.
A dual lens high resolution camera able to act very ear-ly on, as soon as the plant reaches 3 cm in diameter. Works in addition to GPS.

Guidance uses a sideways motion system integrated into the controlled lifting function using electric jacks. Travel is 300 mm for better following the crop rows for precision working.

ANATIS is equipped with a 3-point Category 1 hitch linkage for mounting standard tools.
Lifting travel is 530mm, limiting any risk of friction during loading and crossing phases.
A 350kg lifting capacity on the lifting ball joints ensures mission flexibility for ANATIS.
The three mounting positions for the bolted hitching arms allow adapting lifting to the tool in use.
Accurate adjustments are possible along the last 10 centimetres of cylinder travel. This allows adjusting lifting to match the tool used to ensure accurate, quality work.

The electric power used by ANATIS is stored in the lithium-ion battery pack.
This battery pack is interchangeable to extend the working day. The hitching system is simple and secure thanks to the hitching triangles and the pallet fork slots provided for handling purposes. The triangle system ensures battery pack stability and inhibits any mounting errors.
The battery is protected by a full cradle and sealed to (IP65 standards).
ANATIS has an operating endurance of 7 hours and 30 minutes with a battery pack.
A full recharge is completed in 4 hours using a three-phase charger.
The battery uses a Battery Management System (BMS) that guarantees the battery’s five year service life.

ANATIS is able to turnaround autonomously when it reaches
the end of the field. It requires at least 5 metres to safely turnaround

4 steering wheels for simplified movements in restricted areas.
The wheels can be turned through 80° so that the co-bot can move «crab-like» and turn around itself. The wheels are electrically braked by the wheel mounted motors.
The motor and speed drive for each wheel are integrated into the module to optimise power transmission. Track is adjustable from 1.45 to 2.05 metres, wheel centre to wheel centre.

The remote control supplied with ANATIS was specially designed for ANATIS.An emergency stop button is located in the centre of the remote control panel to quickly stop the co-bot even from a distance. An emergency stop system is also provided should the remote control be inclined sharply.
To allow manual movement and motion, a dead man’s switch is located on the left hand joystick.
Pictogram showing the functions of the switches and joysticks are provided to limit any operating errors.
The remote control has a control range of up to 500 m. A strap is provided for carrying the remote control.
